10/2/2026 – Application Deadline

• Last day to apply for Fall undergraduate degree, professional degree or certificate without late fee.

12/11/2026 - Last day of Instruction

• Last day to apply for Fall undergraduate degree, professional degree or certificate with $75 late fee.

• Deadline to complete Graduation Information Verification

  • Last day to submit name change for Fall Diploma and Transcript.

  • Last day to add/update Diploma Address for Fall Diploma

• Pullman Commencement Ceremony

12/19/2026 – Graduation Date

• Graduation date that will appear on Diploma & Transcript for Fall.

12/22/2026 – Final Grades Submitted

• Final grades post to WSU Transcript

12/23/2026 through 02/05/2027 – Degree Conferral

• Degrees post to WSU transcript

12/28/2026 through 02/12/2027 – Diplomas Mailed

• Diplomas for Fall Graduates are mailed

  • Diplomas mail within 3-4 weeks after degree posts to WSU Transcript.

01/27/2027

• Last day to apply for Fall undergraduate degree, professional degree or certificate. $150 late fee applies

• Last day to submit a Graduation Date Change for Fall graduation.

02/05/2027 – Last date for degree and certificate conferral.

• Closing date for Fall graduating class.

• Please note that departments may have their own deadlines in order to meet the degree conferral cutoff.

• Students whose degrees have not been awarded for Fall by this date will be moved to inactive status and will be notified they did not graduate and how to proceed.
