- Last day to submit name change for Spring Commencement Program. Name changes must be submitted through Payroll Services
05/01/2026 - Last Day of Instruction
- Last day to apply for Spring undergraduate degree, professional degree or certificate with $75 late fee.
- Deadline to complete Graduation Information Verification
- Last day to submit name change for Spring Diploma and Transcript.
- Last day to add/update Diploma Address for Spring Diploma
05/09/2026
- Commencement Ceremony & Graduation Date
- Graduation date that will appear on Diploma & Transcript for Spring.
05/12/2026 – Final Grades Submitted
- Final grades post to WSU Transcript
05/13/2026 through 06/26/2026 - Degree Conferral
- Degrees post to WSU transcript
05/18/2026 through 06/2026 - Diplomas Mailed
- Diplomas for Spring Graduates are mailed
- Diplomas mail within 4-6 weeks after degree posts to WSU Transcript.
06/12/2026
- Last day to apply for Spring undergraduate degree, professional degree or certificate. $150 late fee applies.
- Last day to submit a Graduation Date Change for Spring graduation.
06/19/2026 - Last date for degree and certificate conferral.
- Closing date for Spring class.
- Please note that departments may have their own deadlines in order to meet the degree conferral cutoff.
- Students whose degrees have not been awarded for Spring by this date will be moved to inactive status and will notified they did not graduate and how to proceed.
