12/06/2024 - Last Day of Instruction
- Last day to apply for Fall undergraduate degree, professional degree or certificate with $75 late fee.
- Deadline to complete Graduation Information Verification
- Last day to submit name change for Summer Diploma and Transcript.
- Last day to add/update Diploma Address for Summer Diploma.

12/14/2024 - Graduation Date
- Graduation date that will appear on Diploma & Transcript for Fall.
12/18/2024 through 01/31/2025 - Degree Conferral
- Degrees post to WSU transcript
01/02/2025 through 02/14/2025 - Diplomas Mailed
- Diplomas for Fall Graduates are mailed
- Diplomas mail within 4-6 weeks after degree posts to WSU Transcript.
01/22/2025
- Last day to apply for Fall undergraduate degree, professional degree or certificate with $150 late fee.
- Last day to submit a Graduation Date Change for Fall graduation.
01/31/2025 - Last date for degree and certificate conferral.
- Closing date for Summer graduating class.
- Please note that departments may have their own deadlines in order to meet the degree conferral cutoff.
- Students whose degrees have not been awarded for Summer by this date will be moved to inactive status and will be notified they did not graduate and how to proceed.
