12/16/2023 – Graduation Date

• Graduation date that will appear on Diploma & Transcript for Fall.

12/19/2023 – Final Grades Submitted

• Final grades post to WSU Transcript

12/20/2023 through 02/02/2024 – Degree Conferral

• Degrees post to WSU transcript

01/03/2024 through 02/16/2024 – Diplomas Mailed

• Diplomas for Fall Graduates are mailed
• Diplomas mail within 2-3 weeks after degree posts to WSU Transcript.

01/26/2024

• Last day to apply for Fall undergraduate degree, professional degree or certificate. $150 late fee applies.
• Last day to submit a Graduation Date Change for Fall graduation.

02/02/2024 – Last date for degree and certificate conferral.

• Closing date for Fall class.
• Please note that departments may have their own deadlines in order to meet the degree conferral cutoff.
• Students whose degrees have not been awarded for Fall by this date will be moved to inactive status and will notified they did not graduate and how to proceed.

* Degrees will not be conferred and Diplomas will not be mailed during the December Holiday Closure.
