• Last day to submit name change for Fall Commencement Program. Name changes must be submitted through Payroll Services

• Last day to apply for Fall undergraduate degree, professional degree or certificate with $75 late fee.
• Deadline to complete Graduation Information Verification
• Last day to submit name change for Fall Diploma and Transcript.
• Last day to add/update Diploma Address for Fall Diploma

• Commencement Ceremony

12/16/2022

• Deadline for Undergraduate Placement Survey

12/17/2022 – Graduation Date

• Graduation date that will appear on Diploma & Transcript for Fall.

12/20/2022 – Final Grades Submitted

• Final grades post to WSU Transcript

12/23/2022 through 02/03/2023 – Degree Conferral

• Degrees post to WSU transcript 

01/04/2023 through 02/17/2023 – Diplomas Mailed

• Diplomas for Fall Graduates are mailed
• Diplomas mail within 2 to 3 weeks after degree posts to WSU Transcript.

01/27/2023

• Last day to apply for Fall undergraduate degree, professional degree or certificate. $150 late fee applies.
• Last day to submit a Graduation Date Change for Fall graduation.

02/03/2023 – Last date for degree and certificate conferral.

• Closing date for Fall class.
• Please note that departments may have their own deadlines in order to meet the degree conferral cutoff.
• Students whose degrees have not been awarded for Fall by this date will be moved to inactive status and will notified they did not graduate and how to proceed.

* Degrees will not be conferred and Diplomas will not be mailed during the December Holiday Closure.
