All applications are submitted online. Students submit applications for Undergraduate degrees, Certificates, DVM, MBA, MD, and Pharmacy degrees through the myWSU Academic Advising tile on the Student Homepage.
Visual Guide to Applying for Graduation
The application process is as follows:
- Make sure that pop-ups are allowed on your Internet browser.
- Select the "Academic Advising" tile on the Student Homepage.
- From the left sidebar, select "Apply to Graduate."
- Select "Apply for Graduation" beneath your degree name.
- From the dropdown menu, select your expected graduation term.
- If your desired Graduation Term is not available you will need to try again at a later date.
- Verify that the information for your degree is correct, then select "Continue."
- Select "Submit Application."
- Select "Pay Now." A new window will open.
- Review the degree and payment information, then select "Click Here" to continue.
- Enter required billing information and select "Next."
- Enter payment details and select "Next."
- Review and confirm payment information and select “Pay."
- Review the confirmation page. It is recommended that you save this page to your records.
- Repeat the steps above as necessary for additional degrees and/or certificates.
